There could be more lighting in the basement parking area to improve visibility.

the location was great, with nasi lemak ong nearby, where we could eat. hotel room had comfortable decor.

Located near shopping centers and restaurants, and the rooms are spacious enough to dance in. The bathroom is clean and towels are changed daily.

During peak times like holidays, only one lift was functional. the breakfast was very disappointing, and the chef should be banned from serving cake.

During my check in time 6pm, 3 rooms still not ready for check in. So let my vip guess wait half and hour and waste their time to take rest. Room has not prepare/ ready towels and slippers, so again waste time to made request. So, please improve your services. Thank you.

Right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to many interesting places in town.

Most of the infrastructure: carpet, bath room fittings etc, is dilapidated. The parking space is limited and chaotic.

I had a great stay with a fantastic view of the city from my room. The room was well-equipped with complete facilities like an iron and ironing board. The hotel's location is convenient as it is near all the attractions and shops in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful during my stay.

Holiday Villa City Center Alor Setar always Number 1 service. Quiet and nice place, near to town, easy access and comfort.

Parking space is too crowded.

Easily accessible. Location in the middle of town, and in vicinity of event location.

Towels were not available. When I call the house keeping, he suggested for me to search the cleaners outside to get those towels, and they were not around during my search. What a weary experience. Later it was sent to my room, thank goodness. The wake up call did not function, and I nearly missed my sahur time. Quite an experience.

Great stay, amazing city views, location spot-on. Loved this hotel! the views of the city are simply incredible. Key amenities are all within walking distance, making it easy to get around. And the staff were always welcoming and helpful, which played a big part in making our break enjoyable.

Room could do with some updating and the breakfast spread lacked variety. our experience was great but the decor within the room could have been more modern.

The location

(1) Car parking is not well maintined (not clean and smelly) and limited spaces. (2) We ordered the cucur udang. It certainly needs major improvement, especially by adding more condiments to make it more tasty.

- Location is quite good, right in the city centre.

- Limited parking space. - No elevator from car park to lobby. - No bath mat in room, quite dangerous for bath room especially if you have elderly people or pregnant lady.

This hotel is the top hotel in Alor Setar, centrally located right at the city centre. Excellent view of the surrounding Alor Setar, including the famous Tower, the greeneries, paddy field and the far mountains. Hotel is connected with shopping mall, and within walking distance to the famous Pekan Rabu. Excellent hotel staff that greet customers with big smiles. We booked several rooms and requested all rooms to be at the same floor, and the hotel really made that happen, thankyou for that.
